Thanks, Chip. So it sounds like they have one individual who is prepared to deal with any issue related to access by the visually impaired? Is that how you interpreted what they told you? And if your bug reports that you filed were related to using voiceover and or an iPhone, would you mind saying what they were? I haven't use the Alexa app recently. The last time I did, it seemed OK.
