Hello, I just upgraded my iPad 4 Retina Display to IOS 10. However, my Voiceover doesn't speak. It just makes the sound effects when I swipe right or left or double tap as if I turned off speech with three finger double tap. However, I did not turn off the speech, and I tried to turn it back on anyways. I also tried to turn on and off Voiceover as well as reboot, but it still doesn't speak.
