Hello everyone,
I started having problems with the mail app again, regarding my Outlook account. This is the second time this has happened. I ended up having to delete my account, and then add it again. Some mail that I had deleted from my laptop, didn't delete from my phone. I couldn't get them to go away for anything, and I tried different suggestions people gave me. Anyway, it happened again this morning, and I just got fed up. My account was senked and was an Imap account. This only started happening after the latest Iphone update. So I deleted my account within mail, and I installed the Outlook app. I like it so far. It seems pretty easy to use. However, I have 2 questions about it,. First of all, why aren't all my messages in the Inbox folder? Why are they in this folder called, Other? And why can't I move them in to the inbox folder? It acts as though I can. But it doesn't do it. Now for my last question. I want to be notified by sound when I get new messages. However, I don't want it to read a bit of the message then. Is there a way to still get the audible sound, but not hear anything about the message? Thank you for taking the time to read this. Any help would be very much appreciated.
