Worked like a charm, of course. I had been thinking if I ttapped that label it would make a call, but now I get it.
Thanks to others who also prvided the solution. Hello Jeffrey, In an existing contact, if you are adding a number, just double tap on add phone, and it will put you in an edit field to enter the new number. Now if you swipe left from the edit field, you will be on the label of the number. Just double tap on the label to bring up a pop up window that will allow you to change that label to whatever you want. iPhone is one of the choices. Just double tap it to select it. Hope this helps, Chris On Sep 29, 2016, at 4:34 PM, Jeffrey Turner <[email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> > wrote: Hi, I just tried to add an iPhone to an existing contact, and couldn’t find anything to add but a work number. Where can I choose to add an iPhone instead? This is using IOS10.2, and the press and hold gesture I tried didn’t bring me any joy.
