You could also, turn off WiFi, when you are charging your phone, as it will
only download the update, when connected to WiFi and the phone is locked.
Just remember, to turn on your WiFi, once your phone is charged.

You can go into settings manage storage and delete the update. That won't
get rid of the message forever, but it will take care of it for a while.

No there is not. You will just have to deal with it until you are ready to
