Hello, Anytime a double-tap does not work for me, I first find the item on the display and try the split-tap. Occasionally, this will work. If it doesn't, I then try the double-tap and hold pass through gesture. If that doesn't work, I try the pass through gesture followed by swiping my finger to the right before lifting it from the display. Finally, if none of the above work, I find the item on the display again, lift my finger from the display whilst keeping it over the button, triple-tap the home button with my other hand, touch the item location and lift my finger, and then triple-tap home to turn VO on. If none of the above work, I accept that I cannot access the particular feature.
