Wow! I was able to enter mine just fine. That's kind of scary.

I had a similar problem when setting up my new iPhone 7. I was
prompted for the passcode but was unable to enter it. Fortunately, my
sighted husband was available and was able to enter the numbers I
dictated to him. I haven't seen the absence of a keyboard since, but I
agree there is a definite problem. I thought it was the iPhone 7, but
it sounds like it may be iOS10.

I upgraded my iPhone 6 from IOS 10.0 to 10.1 and got the message that
the software installation was successful. However, when asked to enter
my password, the letters were not present. This was also true when I
was asked for a pass code. I selected the 4 digit pass code, but no
keyboard was present. Also, although I was told that quick nav was off,
quick nav came on immediately when I moved my finger around the
keyboard. Just so there is no misunderstanding, I am talking about the
keyboard on the phone, not a blue tooth keyboard.
I subsequently opened messages with the intent of creating and sending a
text message. The result was the same. This was also true when I opened
the uber app and attempted to enter a destination.
I then rebooted the iPhone 6, but the problem was still present. I have
never encountered such a problem previously. Suggestions please!
