Hi Donna,

You should take a look at restrictions because one thing you don't want is
suddenly getting a huge bill from the app store. I heard all sorts of stories
where kids racked up hundreds of Dollars with in-app purchases for some games
etc. You can definitely disable use of the iTunes Store and the downloading and
deleting of apps and in-app purchases. You can also turn off Safari and set
content restrictions for websites, books, music, movies and even SIRI.
You can also disallow changes for Contacts which makes it impossible to add,
change or remove accounts in mail, contacts and calendars.
Unfortunately you can't set restrictions for turning off/on things like WiFi or
Bluetooth, but you can also restrict the Camera.
Restrictions may also be a good tool to start teaching him to behave, just
explain that unless he quits changing things he can't do certain things any
more which he likes like maybe taking pictures etc.

Regards,
Sieghard

I have set restrictions. Was hoping for a way to just put Settings into a
folder & password protect the folder. Oh well...sigh...guess I'll just have to
keep resetting the screen brightness, font size, make sure wifi is on etc etc
etc..all the things that can't be controlled within restrictions..He is getting
older so hopefully him causing me to go crazy won't last much longer
