Hi Guys, First of all, if this is old, I don't know of it. Second, because my phone may have past away, sad, I know, I'm trying the last chance, DFU. So, I powered off the phone, held in POWER, then tried home. Every time I did that, though, the apple logo immediately appeared. Turns out the process has changed. So now: 1) Make sure you're connected to iTunes, and phone's on. 2) Hold down home-power, till iTunes says that you have to either recover or restore. For those with light vision, you will be looking for a slightly dimmed screen, but not total darkness. I'm surprised none of the apple lists that I have joined, have mentioned this, particularly since I find it pretty important to mention it. Anyway, we all now know that it has changed.
