I am glad to hear that because I had joined quite a while ago and within 30 days left because I could tell I was not going to have much luck with them. Well one thing carriers had better learn is billing and customer service are as important if not a little more so than any other service they offer. If people feel like their being jerked around and treated unfairly they will make some concessions to switch.
