Last night I plugged in the phone and left it charging overnight. In the morning when it sounded the alarm I wasn’t able to turn it off. I could only make it snooze by hitting the power button. I then discovered that the phone wouldn’t recognize my fingerprint. It would only take 4 of my 6 digit passcode. I did a (I think) hard reboot by pressing the power and down volume simultaneously. When I input my 6 digit code it unlocked the phone. Has anyone else experienced this?
