Hello Paula, I reported this issue to Apple Accessibility and they took my crash reports and said that there was definitely something strange going on. Mine is an iPhone SE which was new in June. The problem started with iOS 10.1 and continued with 10.1.1 but I fixed it both times by restoring to factory settings.
