Hi, Is this possible?
I purchased a ringtone in the past, but it did not get onto my phone when I set up my iPhone 7 from an encrypted backup from my iPhone 6. Apparently, the only way I can get this is via iTunes on my PC, at least that's what the Apple help folks are telling me. I've looked around within iTunes on my Windows 7 machine running JAWS 17 latest version, but can't find a way to do this. No Tones options appear anywhere.
