Also, I used to use TeamTalk for this (it's now available as a Windows program and an IOS app), and it worked quite similarly, except it had no limitation I can recall of the number of participants. It had a neat feature where it simulated a 3d placement (using audio) of each voice in the conversation, to give you a synthetic location to identify with each voice.
