Lastly, keep in mind that even Resetting your phone back to factory settings will not remove it from your account. If you log in to your Apple account on a computer or go to View your Account on a new iOS device and got o Manage Devices your or in this case her 5S will still show up but there is an option there to remove it. Also, if she, for example, uses Dropbox and has installed Drobox on her phone, the phone will continue to be listed as a trusted device if she signs in to her Dropbox account online. I don't really think it's a big deal, but every so often when I get a new phone I log into my Dropbox account and remove any old devices which may be listed.
