I understand your frustration; we all pay for good working apps in hopes that 
the developer will continue to update & improve their apps. Unfortunately, this 
doesn't always happen. It makes you feel better I had 3 game apps that I paid 
$4.99 for. When I used iCloud to restore my docs, photos & apps to my new phone 
being the 3 games are no longer in the US app store they couldn't be downloaded 
to my new phone.
