Hi I am sorry to hear of this, well I never pay things in instalments anyway, I wait till I can afford to pay the item in full then do it there and then. For example, it took a few weeks in order for me to get Hannah's Christmas present, an early 2015 13 inch MacBook Pro, but was determined not to take up any finance offers and instead pay for it in full once I have the funds. Again sorry you had to go through this, and hope this never happens again in the foreseeable future.
