hmmm. it appears that someone claiming to be her over on the HIMS note takers list is trying to contest the accusation, claiming they are being stalked, etc.
Here is my solution: if the package was actually sent out, get the tracking number and the address. then, file in small claims to get a judgement. once that is done, file in federal court for interstate fraud (theft by instrument over state lines is interstate fraud). Now, that last can either be placed in civil court (where the standard for evidence is lower) or in criminal court. in either case, it will cost some serious dollars to pursue. The above does assume that someone received a device without paying the agreed amount. If, however, this story is bogus, then the victim of the accusation has their own legal recourse. Now, that I have had my 2 cents worth, might I suggest we retire this subject and let the mods handle it? -eric On Nov 26, 2016, at 1:00 PM, rajmund wrote: > 3 lists, this makes. protomail is easy to create.... > > Sent fromThunderhbird > > On 26/11/2016 06:09 PM, Shaf Patel wrote: >> Forwareded from another group. >> >> >> >> -------- Forwarded Message -------- >> Subject: Re: [MediaReq] About Eden Kizer's scams >> Date: Sat, 26 Nov 2016 12:48:57 -0500 >> From: Rebecca Sutton via MediaReq <[email protected]> >> Reply-To: Rebecca Sutton <[email protected]> >> To: Sarah Sans <[email protected]> >> CC: [email protected] <[email protected]> >> >> >> >> well I have talked to her and she is a person with a lot of problems.
