Hi, Monica, Depending on which Bluetooth keyboard you are using, the function key to hide or make the phone keyboard visible varies. On my Apple keyboard, the key to hide and not hide the phone keyboard is the very last key at the top right, in other words, to the right of the F12 key. Now I also have a ZAGG KeysFlex keyboard and the key to do this function is the F3 key, I believe. I use my Apple keyboard the most, so I press the key to the right of the F12 key. Hope this helps.
