On the keyboard, you can do a command, I believe it's Command-K and it opens up 
a keyboard help.  Actually, I found the hide/show key by accident.  It's to the 
right of the F12 key.  I hope it works for you.  Take care.

P.S.  The Command key is next to the spacebar.  I use the one on the left-hand 
side.  To exit keyboard help, you just hit the escape key.  Good luck!
