i'm having trouble justifying the purchase of an iPad Mini 4. I'm very intrigued by the iPad-specific features, such as having two apps on the screen at a time with the split screen feature, and the picture in picture feature. I just love the idea of the keyboard case, too.
Does every app support the split screen feature, where you can have two apps running side by side? How will I know if an app does or doesn't support this feature? Also, can I use iPhone apps on an iPad Mini? I know there are iPad-specific apps out there, but will iPhone ones run on it, too? I picked the iPad Mini over the iPad Air 2 because I've had a play a few times with my mom's iPad, and I found it a bit confusing. I got lost on the screen a lot, and had a bit of a hard time finding iCons. I think a Mini would be a bit easier to get used to, not to mention a bit more portable.
