Hello Daniela, I absolutely adore helping new users of Apple products. Click the round button at the bottom three times. You should hear voiceover on. If you're buying from a store, make sure they going to the accessibility settings and get your speech to where it will stay on. I have found it easiest to have the people at the store set up everything before I left. I wish I would've done that with my first iPhone all the way back in 2012. Have them set up your Apple ID, your email if you're going to use that, and show you some of the accessibility features if there's time. I would be glad to work with you off list if you would like.
