At Audible, I think you can buy one book credit a month for the $9.99 you mention; how many books to you get via TuneIn? Unlimitted, or still the same one book a month? Go back to the book you are reading. There is a button which says play enabled. If you hit that button, the book will pick up where it left off. Hope this helps.
