I haven't used TuneIn Radio Premium to listen to any audio books myself
yet, but I'm pretty sure it's unlimited. It's just restricted to
streaming whatever's in the TuneIn Radio library.

Using tune in radio you can listen to the same butt books as audible.
The only difference is that with audible, you download the book while
with tune in you stream the book. I really like tune in radio for it
only costs $999 for a month in comparison to audible prices.

Yes there is a way to do that. Go back to the book you are reading.
There is a button which says play enabled. If you hit that button, the
book will pick up where it left off.
