I have a suggestion to make, and for those who feel that there are issues not being fixed. My suggestion is to call instead of emailing, then you get to talk to somebody in person about the issues that you're having. Might do some good. This is what I did for the large text issue that got fixed with the newest update. Be nice when you call, as it can go a long way.
