Guys Keep please in mind that the IOS platform is the most accessible in the world for visually impaired people. Android and windows phone systems are lagging far far behind. They are moving up towards Apple but at a very slow rate.
Indeed, you are right that we must keep on emphasising Apple to do morre but each platform could do more. My own private bank has been accessible for years now till last week their app became really 100% useless you cannot even login anymore.
