Hi There is an app, called truecaller, but this does not block calls from "no i.d." numbers, in other words, where no caller id is displayed. This app has an extensive list of reported spam numbers, and this grows almost every day. You can also report a number as spam, should it get to your phone, and those numbers can then be blocked.
