Hi, I am trying to create a new apple id, I get to the point of entering the sound capture, but if I choose "new challenge" or whatever it is called, I can't enter the characters as the edit field is above the new challenge field. I did manage it once, but then just got the option for another challenge. My partner tried with hboth the sound and visual challenge, but we can't get past this point. We tried pressing "continue" same thing happens! help please!!
