thank you, However The reason I am creating a new Apple ID is so that I can access the UK store for free apps. specifically, the Alexa app. now, I have tried to do what you suggested, previously, but I never actually found a "create new ID" option. but I do get to see existing Apple ID in a text field, is this where I should clear the text and create a new one? I have tried so many methods now that I am positively dizzy. all I want to do is to get the Alexa app so that I can work with my Echo Dot. please keep trying and I will too! Thank you, Sandy
