Linda, the Smart TV you're talking about the Read's information on the screen is from Sampson. It reads the menus and also reads content from some services such as Netflix. I'm not sure about a talking remote, but I will tell you that Time-Warner has been taken over by spectrum. Spectrum does have remotes that will read information such as the TV Guide. When it comes to our area in early February, I am hopeful that the remote will be available for our use.
