this is actually a problem on my daughter’s IPhone SE. She recently upgraded to IOS 10.2 and after the update, when she texts, the receiving phone shows her ICloud ID instead of her normal contact name as in the past. In addition, I get no notification alert sound when she texts my phone. The message shows up as a contact rather than from an unknown sender even though I do not have her ICloud ID in her contact info. Any ideas what might correct this? Thanks, Marie
