It's just before the SMS/MMS heading. Your daughter should see two things in the resulting screen that pops up. One of them will be her iCloud email, and the other will be her phone number. She should tap on her phone number to select it, and on her iCloud email address to deselect it. She recently upgraded to IOS 10.2 and after the update, when she texts, the receiving phone shows her ICloud ID instead of her normal contact name as in the past. In addition, I get no notification alert sound when she texts my phone.
