Hi, Lois! My experience is similar to yours. In fact your email and then Bill's were the first I've received for ages from the list. And no, others are not in trash. I've concluded that it is a list with not much traffic. If you ask a question, someone is likely to answer but it is not a busy list like viphone list. Harry
