Hi Anthony. VPN stands for Virtual Private Network. What it does for me is since I'm from Canada, I can change the location that apps see and set it to the US. This way I can listen to iHeart Radio US and Pandora, because let's face it. iHeartRadio US is *So* better than the Canadian version. Now as for apps. On my iPhone and Mac, I use an app called Hotspot Shield. It's accessible on the iPhone and on the Mac but you do need sighted help to set it up on Windows. I've also heard of one called Hide My Ass but I haven't tested it for accessibility.
