Hey Shane I think it was just released but for the hopper to or hopper three you can now just hit the menu button twice and get text to speech options. It's apparently something new and you may even have to call dish if you have that receiver and have something push to you I've been told. Basically it's kind of like the guide for Comcast when you hit upper down it will tell you what's on the channel and you can go through the guide and also set your DVR and player DVR from your remote.
