Hi Don, I have the TCL Pulse which is a very small device. It is about two inches in diameter and about 3/8 inch thick. I downloaded the TCL Pulse app from the app store. Just pair it up and put it under your pillow. I guess I put it inside my pillow case on the bottom side. It works great on the vibration mode. I has three vibrations modes. Also has sound modes but I don't use them as they are not loud enough for me with my severe hearing loss. You can buy the device from Amazon. Mr. Ed
