I know the Apple Watch has one. I use Fitbit because my wife is
a very light sleeper. I just wear the tracker on my wrist. The
app is accessible. Although, the customer service is a pain in
the neck to deal with.

I was curious so I did a google search. I knew there were alarms
like this designed for people who are deaf.
I found one at a site that seems to have several, but this one
might be of interest as you can control it from an iPhone or
Android. Most of them would not be accessible to a person who is
blind, but this one sounds promising. I put the main web site
