Facebook is the only app except for some specialized apps which are also made by Facebook such as Facebook Pages Manager, Adwords manager and so on. When you search for "Facebook" on the app store you get all of these apps made by Facebook and also the Instagram app shows up as does Whats App Messenger, but those are owned by Facebook. Facebook is not like Twitter where you have third-party apps like Twitterific, Tweetlist and so on in addition to the Twitter app from Twitter.
