Hi, I’ve just downloaded the neo reader app to my 5S. I can’t figure out how to work the app.
How do I take a picture of the bar code? I’ve given permission for neo reader to use my camera. But I can’t seem to find where the camera or scan button is? I heard someone on this thread, mention something about double tapping the Scan Header. I tried that, and nothing. Can somebody please explain the whole scanning process to me?
