Well, then I guess it's time for a complete restore and to set up the phone as a new phone, if you restore a backup there is a good chance whatever causes this will return. At least I would first set it up as a new phone, put back only the most important apps and keep an eye on battery performance for 2 or 3 days. If everything is good you could try and rstore your backup and if the problem returns you then know for sure that something got messed up, at that point you have to restore one last time, set up as a new phone again and start from scratch.
