I'm not defending anyone. I just think it's wrong to mischaracterize what other companies are doing. This by no means takes anything away from apple. How many times have we seen on this list that Android doesn't have a screen reader built in or that you have to pay for a 3rd party screen reader for Android? Someone also said they'd never buy a Kindle since a blind person couldn't turn on accessibility by themselves. Apple is doing a great job with accessibility, and nothing gets taken away from Apple when we avoid statements or implications that Apple is the only company who cares about or is doing anything about accessibility.
