TapTapSee or iDentifi. I've never heard either one use odd shade names like that. The mistake is to use an app that calls itself a color identifier, as they tend to get too fancy or too cute. Both iDentifi and TapTapSee describe the picture, which includes colors, especially of clothing. They are both free and I often use both and compare, then ask a sighted person at my first opportunity. Just the other day, TapTapSee said a long sleeve shirt was gray, while iDentifi said it was blue. It was actually a shade of blue, so in that case, iDentifi was better.
