Hi yes Apple Music is completely accessible on the iPad. In my experience, Spotify is less reliable with VoiceOver than Apple Music. For example, double tap on a track, and it will either play the one selected, play a different track than the one selected or may not play at all. I do not get this with Spotify on the iPhone or iPod.
