The beats phones you bought come with various different sized ear tips.
I strongly encourage you to try them out since you probably need a
smaller ear tip to fit the phones properly.
I went through this with a pair of boes sound sport headphones.
They sounded quite awful.
I changed the eartips and put the smallest ones one and tightly coupled
the earbuds to my ears and wow! it was like an entirely different pair
of headphones.
Sounded like the differents between a $20 pair and a $500 pair of phones.
Give it a try.

I received my BeatsX earbuds which has a wire between the two earpieces, but
I'm rather disappointed in them. There seems to be no bass at all when
listening to music. I was wondering if anyone else had a similar experience
and would like to know their thoughts. I did, however, receive my AirPods
today, as I said in an earlier post, and absolutely love them!
Anyway, I would love to hear anyone's thoughts about the BeatsX if they have
them.
