Hi, When iOS 10 was first released I could open a contact and as a call option I had the choice to make that call via Skype. This is all part of Apple opening up iOS to third party developers and giving third party developers access to SIRI for certain things. At some point it seems the option to place a call via Skype has disappeared from my contacts and I am wondering what others have. For example, if I open a contact and double tap the "Call" button, some options pop up where I am asked if I want to call their work or mobile number, if they have an iPhone I have the option to make a Facetim call and when I just tried this I also have options to call the contact's work or mobile number via Whats App. I tried this before and while it rings, it never seems like this actually works unless they are a Whats App user. For a short while I also used an app called IMO which allows you to call other IMO users either doing text, voice or video chat. I tseems this app is popular in Asia and countries like Saudi Arabia, Pakistan etc. It is actually a tiny app in terms of size, only 13 Mb or so, and it seems to work well, but I don't have many people who use it. Anyhow, when I had IMO installed, I also had the option to make a call via IMO in my contacts when I tapped "Call". However, the option to call via Skype is not there and it used to be there. I think at one point I deleted he Skype app and reinstalled it, but I still don't have this option. I can ask SIRI to Call so and so via Skype, but unless I have that person also in my Skype contacts it won't work. It all just seems that while you can access the Contacts on your iPhone from the Skype app, it does not integrate to your contacts if you ask SIRI to make a call.
