You use it the same, it is just much smaller of an area than the other

Netflix asking if you are still watching used to be on the web site. I don't
know if it is still there or not. I haven't tried accessing the site since
losing my vision in 2014. I have quite a bit of difficulty accessing the
rotor on the Apple TV 4. I find it much more difficult than any other Apple
device. I may be doing something wrong.

I think what you need to do to the appleTV in your living room is make sure
speak after delay is on, this should take care of the description not being
read. You can find this in the rotter. As for Netflix asking if your still
watching, I have never been able to find where to extend this to more time,
or just flat out turn it off. So if you find it please let me know.
