I got around syncing notes by getting the Plaintext text editor app,
which among other file types lets you view and edit rich text and text
files. Plaintext also lets you sync with your Dropbox account. I had a
note with all my diabetes information, like blood sugar readings and
times. I opened the note, selected all the text, and copied it to the
clipboard. I then went into Plaintext, created a new document, gave it
a name, and then when on the document contents area, pasted the
clipboard contents, and saved the file by hitting the back button.
This way, anytime I change the file on my phone or computer, it will
be updated on my Dropbox account. The only trick with this method is I
was not able to find the back button with my Bluetooth keyboard. I had
to put a finger in the upper left corner of the screen and then found
the back button that way.
