Hey Guys, I’m updating my iPad Mini 4 now from iOS 10.2.1 to 10.3. I’m doing it through iTunes, and it’s telling me that it is downloading 2.35 gigabytes! Can this be right for a (what I thought) was not a major update! Does it download the whole OS every time an update comes out? Thanks for any info. Evan
