The tune in books are not in the public domain. At least not all of them. If you go into tune in, even if you're not subscribe, you can see some featured audiobooks or top audiobooks. They are all recent books, clearly not in the public domain. But I have no idea how tune in gets its subset of books from what I presume is the Audible catalog. Mary
