Nancy, have you gone into settings/general/voiceover and in the audio
section you might be able to make some adjustments there. I noticed that
every now and then voiceover would get trapped in one channel and I was able
to fix it here.

Yes, when I take them off of Bluetooth and I use the wire that also comes
with them, the volume is great. However, I bought them expecting Bluetooth
headphones I already have some good wired headphones. I am thinking of
taking them back.

I just did it. It says it is at 100% but the volume is still very very

I was at the store today and bought a new pair of Bluetooth headphones
they are Samsung leveler headphones. The volume on voiceover appears to
be very low. I have turned up the volume every way I know how, in
settings and using the buttons on the phone. I can't seem to make it
work. The volume on other things like music is normal. Any suggestions?
Did I make a mistake and buy the wrong kind of headphones?
